Pataskala Flood Response

We’re calling on the Pataskala Community to come together and help one another.  We’re collecting needed items and inviting volunteers to help sort, organize, and distribute donations.

Items accepted:

No food furniture or large electronics/power equipment. Please bring only new or gently used items. We will review donations on site to determine what we are able to accept.

Hygiene and personal care items

• Soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
• Toothbrushes and toothpaste
• Deodorant
• Hand sanitizer
• Feminine hygiene products (pads, tampons)
• Toilet paper, wet wipes, and paper towels
• Towels and washcloths
• Diapers (baby and adult sizes) and baby wipes
• Laundry detergent
• Combs or brushes

Cleaning and sanitation supplies

• Bleach, disinfectant, and all-purpose cleaners
• Mops, brooms, scrub brushes, and sponges
• Buckets (especially 5-gallon with lids)
• Heavy-duty trash/garbage bags
• Work gloves, rubber/latex gloves
• Dust masks or N95 masks
• Cleaning rags or cloths

Clothing and protective gear

• New underwear and socks (all sizes)
• Clothing (new or gently used, sorted by size/gender when possible)
• work boots, or rubber boots
• Work gloves and protective clothing
• Rain gear or ponchos
• Sheets, pillows, pillow cases

Electronics

• Flashlights & new batteries (household)
• Power strips
• phone chargers

First aid and health-related

• First aid kits (bandages, antiseptic wipes/ointment, gauze, tape, gloves)
• bug repellent

Shelter, cleanup, and utility items

• Tarps, Blankets, sleeping bags, or emergency blankets
• Heavy-duty plastic bags, boxes,
• Rope, duct tape
• Basic hand tools, shovels, rakes

Pet Supplies

• Food/Water bowls
• Litter box
• Dog toys
• Dog & Cat Food
• Cat Litter
